Freshman Democrat Ilhan Omar’s ego is definitely oversized. In her latest controversy, Rep. Omar, (DFL-MN), insisted that she’s President Trump’s “biggest nemesis” because “she’s a ‘nightmare’ for the White House that wants to use her ‘identity to marginalize our communities.'”

Actually, President Trump just has to highlight Rep. Omar’s statements, then let those statements speak for themselves. For instance, Rep. Omar’s statements on Hamas’s terrorist attacks against Israeli citizens are the rantings of a lunatic:

How many more protesters must be shot, rockets must be fired, and little kids must be killed until the endless cycle of violence ends?

The status quo of occupation and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is unsustainable. Only real justice can bring about security and lasting peace.

Good for them. If Rep. Omar can’t even get basic facts straight, then she should be criticized. This doesn’t have anything to do with President Trump wanting to use her identity against “our communities.” It has everything to do with Rep. Omar apparently attempting to be Hamas’s spokesperson.

On March 23 and at a CAIR event, Democrat freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar talked about 9/11, saying that “some people did something”. Then Rep. Omar lied while saying that CAIR was created after 9/11. In the exact quote, Rep. Omar said “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”

After getting attacked for that insensitivity, Democrats rallied to Rep. Omar’s defense. Eventually, Rep. Omar replied with this tweet:

This is dangerous incitement, given the death threats I face. I hope leaders of both parties will join me in condemning it.

It’s true that Omar is an American citizen. She couldn’t be a member of Congress if she wasn’t. Don’t mistake her citizenship, though, with her “commitment to our country“. This article highlights Rep. Omar’s lack of commitment to the US:

What a blithering idiot. Rep. Omar thinks that the people that freed 100,000 Somali people were the terrorists. WOW!!! If these attacks continue, Democrats will be staring at a landslide.

Last Friday, the leader of the free world taught the Democrats a lesson in trolling while exposing Democrats as border security hypocrites. Last Friday, President Trump turned the tables on Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats’ presidential candidates and the messaging leaders of the House Democrat Conference, aka AOC, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.

That moment hit when President Trump told reporters that he was considering giving sanctuary cities what they want. Specifically, he told reporters that he was considering shipping illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities when they were released or when CBP ran out of bed space for these illegal aliens.

That set off howls from Democrat hypocrites like Nancy Pelosi:

That’s rich. A woman who’s spent her entire life in San Francisco and Washington, DC, is telling people in Rust Belt states about American character. Right. Further, she’s insisting that elitist Democrats, not entrepreneurs, blue collar workers or the taxpayers whose property taxes keep going up thanks to the massive influx of illegal immigrants into their schools, know what’s best. Right.

Let these windbags deal with the crisis they’re at least partially responsible for. Their cities are going to hell in a handbasket. Homeless people (literally) litter their streets with drug needles and worse. Still, these elitist Democrats insist that they know what’s best for America. These elitist Democrats insist that they’re responsible for defining America’s values and priorities.

Mr. President, ship these illegal immigrants to San Fran Nan’s neighborhood and to Gavin Newsom’s new digs. Send some to AOC’s neighborhood, too. Then tell her constituents that she invited these illegal immigrants to NYC but chased Amazon from NYC.

Let’s face it. Democrats are trying their best to play a terrible hand that’s filled with even cards. (Cribbage players know what I’m talking about.) Cher gets it:

Unfortunately, AOC and Pelosi don’t.

After Rep. Omar’s speech at a CAIR event went viral, Rep. Omar’s Democrat friends jumped to her defense. After that initial pushback, Rep. Omar posted this tweet:

Criticism of Rep. Omar’s commitment to the US is totally legitimate. According to Wikipedia, “Omar entered the United States in 1992. After first arriving in New York, her family settled in Arlington, Virginia. Her family sought asylum in the U.S. in 1995 and moved to Minneapolis. Omar’s father worked initially as a taxi driver, later as a postal office worker. He and Omar’s grandfather emphasized during her upbringing the importance of democracy, and she accompanied her grandfather to caucus meetings at age 14, serving as his interpreter. Omar became a U.S. citizen in 2000 when she was 17 years old.”

Thus far, her term in office is filled with controversy. She’s repeatedly trafficked in anti-Semitic tropes. She’s dismissed 9/11 as “some people did something.” Since getting criticized for her insensitive statements about 9/11, her friends have come to her defense:

“Members of Congress have a duty to respond to the President’s explicit attack today,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted Friday. “@IlhanMN’s life is in danger. For our colleagues to be silent is to be complicit in the outright, dangerous targeting of a member of Congress. We must speak out.”

She also shared an image of the words of “First they came … ,” the famous poem by German theologian Martin Niemöller that was inspired by the tragedies of the Holocaust. (The words are mounted on a wall at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington.)
The poem reads:
“First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.
“Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.
“Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
“Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”

Criticizing a windbag politician for trivializing 9/11 isn’t inciting violence. It’s criticizing a windbag politician who traffics in anti-Semitism. Further, and possibly more important, is the fact that Rep. Omar’s flippant remarks about 9/11 weren’t the comments of an ill-informed foreigner who’d just arrived on our shores. They’re the comments of a woman who became a US citizen the year before 9/11.

When AOC defends Omar, that’s her right. It’s just disingenuous. It’s an attempt to shut down this criticism of Rep. Omar. The good news for Republicans is that, if they work hard over the next 2 years, they’ll return to the majority in the US.

There’s no polite way of putting this so I’ll just say it bluntly. Ilhan Omar, the Democrat representing Minnesota’s Fifth District, is a liar. In this video, she said that “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”

That’s an easily discredited statement:

CAIR was co-founded in 1994 by Nihad Awad, Omar Ahmad, and Rafeeq Jaber, all of whom had close ties to the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), which was established by senior Hamas operative Mousa Abu Marzook and functioned as Hamas’ public relations and recruitment arm in the United States. Awad and Ahmad previously had served, respectively, as IAP’s Public Relations Director and President. Thus it can be said that CAIR was an outgrowth of IAP.

By the time 9/11 happened, CAIR had already defended Osama bin Laden. They were offended by a billboard in Los Angeles calling OBL a terrorist.

I’m sick and tired of Rep. Omar (and other Democrats) lying to protect their special interest allies. Saying that CAIR was founded after 9/11 is ridiculous. It took less than a minute to find the proof discrediting Rep. Omar’s statement.

Last week, Rep. Omar tweeted out another tweet questioning politicians allegiance to the United States. Later last week, the House passed a watered-down resolution condemning hate. This week, Democrats tried pretending that Rep. Omar’s statement wasn’t anti-Semitic:

Speaker Pelosi must think that we’re totally gullible if she thinks we’ll believe that crap. Pelosi is also trying to get people to believe that Rep. Omar’s statement about allegiance to foreign governments was just a comment about special interest groups.

Rep. Omar sent a letter to a judge asking for leniency for men trying to become ISIS terrorists. If Rep. Omar is questioning the allegiance of Americans who also support Israel, it’s only fitting that we can question her allegiance to the US while she supports leniency for ISIS.

This Vanity Fair article asks if Republicans can turn AOC into 2020 Kryptonite. It’s a fair question but it’s short-sighted. AOC is the brightest star in the Democrat galaxy at the moment but she’s far from being the only bright star that Republicans can weaponize.

Anyone that thinks that Republicans won’t weaponize Ilhan Omar is kidding themselves. And trust me, once they put together a ‘greatest hits clip of Rep. Omar, including this one, the nation will know that Democrats aren’t the moderates that they claimed to be:

That’s before Republicans weaponize Sen. Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. Trust me when I say that Democrats won’t understand what hit them. Right now, they’re confident that their ideas are winning the day. The media is siding with them virtually all the time, too. Pelosi has played a couple issues to her favor. What she didn’t do is side with the American people on important things. She’ll be exposed on that soon enough.

What Democrats haven’t figured out is that the nation actually wants to be safe. Democrats aren’t providing that. When Pelosi and Schumer file the lawsuits against President Trump’s wall, everyone will know that Democrats don’t give a damn about border security. Anyone thinking that Democrats care about anything other than replacing blue collar workers is dumber than AOC.

It’s safe to say that Speaker Pelosi isn’t attempting to rein in Ilhan Omar. Frankly, Omar has been on an anti-Semitic rampage since before joining Congress. This weekend, she added to her ‘collection’ with this tweet:

This is meaningless:

The statement issued by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democratic leadership team followed the latest in a string of controversial comments from the freshman lawmaker — as well as pressure from Republican leaders to speak out.

Anti-Semitism must be called out, confronted and condemned whenever it is encountered, without exception. We are and will always be strong supporters of Israel in Congress because we understand that our support is based on shared values and strategic interests. Legitimate criticism of Israel’s policies is protected by the values of free speech and democratic debate that the United States and Israel share. But Congresswoman Omar’s use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel’s supporters is deeply offensive.

We condemn these remarks and we call upon Congresswoman Omar to immediately apologize for these hurtful comments.

Pelosi’s statement came out days after Rep. Omar’s anti-Semitic comments. If Democrats were as supportive of Jews as they say they are, their statements would’ve been distributed minutes, not days, after Rep. Omar’s statements.

It’s pretty obvious that Ilhan Omar is a serious threat to national security. Last Friday, Rep. Omar called for completely defunding DHS:

When Democrats stood our ground last month, we proved that Individual 1 does not have the public support to ram his hateful wall through Congress.

Seriously? What type of idiot would suggest that? Perhaps the better question is ‘what type of anti-Semitic America-hating person would propose this’? Watch how Rep. Omar ran away from a CNN camera:

Ilhan Omar sits on the House Foreign Relations Committee, where she can spread her anti-Semitic policies. What the hell is Pelosi thinking? Is Pelosi intent on alienating Jews from Democrats?

Finally, Rep. Omar deserves to be officially criticized by the full House for her racist statements.

PS- Omar might be further out there than Maxine Waters. (I never thought I’d say that.)

It’s stunning to think that Democrats actually think this but a group of Democrats are imploring Speaker Pelosi to cut funding to DHS:

As Congress seeks to reach a deal on border security that President Trump will sign, a group of freshman progressive House members want their colleagues to reduce funding for the Department of Homeland Security.

Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., are poised to their urge their colleagues to “cut” funding to DHS as Trump calls for $5.7 billion to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Wow! As yet another caravan approaches the US-Mexican border, these Democrat nitwits are asking Nancy Pelosi to make the US less safe. How stupid can these Democrats get? (I’m reminded of the old saying that there’s no sense in making something idiot-proof; they’ll just build a better idiot.) Check out this letter:

In the third paragraph, it says “Cut, do not increase funding. A Republican-controlled Congress has already sharply increased DHS spending without clear justification. We have seen rampant spending on detention facilities for young children - reports indicate DHS is paying for-profit companies $700 a day in inhumane facilities.”

Simply put, thanks to these women and Gov. Northam and Speaker Pelosi, the Democratic Party is quickly becoming the ‘Party of Haters’. They simply aren’t showing the ability to be compassionate or thoughtful. The Democrats’ majority in the House is in jeopardy.g
