		<description>Watch for the next round of layoffs to start if it gets signed into law. BTW, it isn't reform. It's the start of a command-and-control health care system, with the secretary of HHS telling doctors what procedures &#038; tests will be paid for, with the government telling people what their health care policiies will look like &#038; telling medical device manufacturers that their devices will cost more.

That's before we're talking about the rationing of care for senior citizens.

The good news is that the people turn on the Democratic Party for ruining their health care system.
