It's the start of a command-and-control health care system, with the secretary of HHS telling doctors what procedures & tests will be paid for, with the government telling people what their health care policiies will look like & telling medical device manufacturers that their devices will cost more. That's before we're talking about the rationing of care for senior citizens.
